Personal, small-business, and 7(a) loan requests

Request a small loan or a 7(a) introduction in one short form.

7A Small Loan is a lead generation site, not a lender and not the U.S. Small Business Administration. Tell us what you need — a personal cash-flow gap or a small business 7(a) loan request — and we may share it with lending partners.

Any offer, rate, or repayment plan comes from the lender — not from 7A.

Personal needs and small-business 7(a) requests

People use 7A for a defined personal expense. Small-business owners also use it to start a 7(a) loan request — an introduction to partners who may offer SBA 7(a) or other small business loans. This form is not an official SBA application.

Small business loans and 7(a) requests, explained

SBA 7(a) is the U.S. Small Business Administration’s most-used loan program. Lenders, not 7A and not the SBA website, decide whether a 7(a) loan request becomes an application. 7A only collects your request and may pass it to a partner.

Small business loans

Working capital, equipment, inventory, and refinance requests from U.S. small businesses. Read what lenders usually ask for before you submit.

How a 7(a) request works

A 7(a) loan request is the first note to a lender. It is not SBA Form 1919, not a guarantee, and not a credit decision by 7A.

Start your 7A request

Choose a business purpose and amount, add a business name if you have one, and submit. A partner may follow up if they can review it.

Questions people ask first

Is 7A a lender?

No. 7A Small Loan is a lead generation service. We do not originate, fund, or service loans.

Will this affect my credit score?

Submitting this form on 7A does not, by itself, pull your credit. A lender you choose to continue with may run a credit inquiry. That decision and any score impact belong to that lender.

Are loans guaranteed?

No. Matching, approval, amount, APR, fees, and repayment terms are set by the lender if they make an offer.

What amounts can I request?

You can request $500 to $250,000 on this form. Personal cash-flow requests are often at the low end. Small business and 7(a) loan requests are often higher. A lender may offer more, less, or nothing.

Can I use 7A for an SBA 7(a) small business loan?

You can submit a 7(a) loan request here. 7A is not the SBA, is not an SBA lender, and does not file an official 7(a) application. A lending partner that receives your lead decides whether to start a real 7(a) or other small-business loan review.

Will you call or text me?

If you check the consent box, 7A and lending partners may contact you by call, text, or email at the number and address you provide. Consent is optional in the sense that it is not required to get a loan from a lender. Reply STOP to end texts. Ask the caller or texter to stop if you want no further contact from that party.
